Pros: The staff went out of their way for us, and the maid service was one of the best.

Pros: All the staff were friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast. The Room was comfortable and AC. was great. Lots of parking.

Pros: The bed was comfortable in the morning. Breakfast was absolutely perfect.

Pros: Property was very nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. The room was very spacious and had a great vibe to it!

Cons: The room was great but the bed was not comfortable. My back and hips were hurting. Mattress was definitely uncomfortable for my liking. To springy of a feeling.

Cons: It was a slight pain in the neck to access the hotel from street road...you could not drive straight into the parking lot

Overall my stay was good for my granddaughter and cousin enjoyed themselves at the hotel and sesame

Pros: Kierra and Tammy were exceptional helpful during my stay. The pool very accessible and the continental breakfast was awesome.

Cons: My room was not thoroughly cleaned before my arrival. Bathroom sink dusty, shower gel and toilet paper needed to be replenish. Coffee pot didn't work and trying to figure out the television station was difficult.

Pros: The location was amazing, the lobby and the facilities were extremely clean, very well kept, and very fancy! The room exceeded my expectations and I will be staying at this location every time I am in Philadelphia! Tammy at the front desk who checked me into my room was top tier! She was very pleasant, joyful and gave me great pointers on what to do in the area and what my boyfriend and I would find enjoyable! Hampton Inn and Suites is beyond amazing!

Cons: N/A everything was amazing! There were no issues whatsoever! Ive stayed at other hotels in the area but this hotel was the best!

Pros: Convenient, pleasant front desk personnel, good breakfast, safe place to stay for quick over night for a funeral.

Cons: Tired furnishings, bed a little lumpy ( not the usual good mattress).
