Older but still clean and convenient.

Pros: Convenient to NE PHILADELPHIA airport. Clean and friendly staff.

Cons: Pillows. Need options for side sleepers for neck support. Too soft and squishy.

Pros: I had to book an additional night here due to my flight timing, of which the process of doing so was simple. As mentioned in my previous review, all is great at this hotel!

No reason to rate below a 10, as all was up to standard.

Pros: The rooms and surrounding area was clean and peaceful. Many essential stores such as eateries and retailers are nearby (no more than a five minute walk). The staff were warm and welcoming, particularly to those not native to the USA. The food was fairly priced (coffee refills were free of charge).

Cons: I didn't like that I couldn't stay there longer due to University commitments in the UK :(

Looking forward to my next stay

Pros: Very friendly staff and family-like atmosphere, I was even offered a ride so I did not need to call a taxi. Coffee maker and fridge on the room. Water and coffee pads are being refilled regularly, or on demand. Location close (i.e. withing walking distance) to food markets, hair dresser, convenience and clothing stores, but also restaurants.

Cons: There was actually nothing to complain about.

Wonderful stay

Pros: The location, it's on Roosevelt Blvd, next to the shops and multiple restaurants. The hotel and my room was very clean. The staff were super friendly.

Cons: The hot water in the shower wasn't hot enough.
