Best Western Plus Philadelphia Airport South - at Widener University

Good price-quality

Pros: very good beds. very good location, parking available and easy to find a spot. Neighborhood feels very safe even late at night. We didn't use public transportation. Breakfast was tasty. Staff was kind and helpful.

Cons: Sometimes breakfast was a little cold. But good. There wasn't hot coco unfortunately. but very good price-quality.

In terms of comfort it is good

Pros: Confortable bed, big room, good facilities. Shower working fine, great breakfast. Location is a little far from Philadelphia, but is is ok by car. Parking lot is free and also there are available parking spots in the street in front of the hotel. Quiet place.

Cons: Bathroom door did not close properly. Smokers inside their room, and the smell went allover the corridor including inside our room. If this is a non smoking property, all kinds of smoking should not be allowed.

Enjoyable.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Rooms clean and comfortable. Love the refrigerator and microwave. Everyone was warm and friendly.

It was great to be back at Widener and be greeted by Anna and Ocean.

Pros: Anna at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and personable. Ocean was also very helpful and personable helping with the breakfast buffet. You need more employees like them.

Cons: I don't know if it was other guests or what but there seemed to be doors loudly slamming at all hours of the day, parking lot is kinda difficult to navigate, couldn't change the a/c to any other setting (not even heat), overall positive experience though

Pros: Did not use your breakfast room. But the lady that checked me in.. She deserve a golden star. She assisted me with parking.. Checked that I was ok Told me where the elevator was. That also when I entered the room , where the light switch was.. She was exemplified good customer service!!
