Perfect for a small family stay!

Pros: The hotel delivered everything they promised. Clean room, comfortable arrangement. Perfect for small family.

Cons: The staff were not exactly warm. They provided all I asked for and solved problems when they arose, but they could be a little warmer to Guests. That's not a deal breaker for me, though. The neighborhood also seems a bit rough.

Pros: Clean, spacious, a little kitchen suite in the unit

Cons: Nothing really. All was good

Pros: nice suites if you are stay/working in the area its close to the airport and easy to access from the interstate ,good wifi

Cons: no food options anywhere close and its a rough neighbourhood .car parking spaces limited but on street parking behind the hotel

Stayed for a week to go to UPENN for doctor visits

Pros: Good location and quiet area super easy check in and out. Close to food and attractions and will definitely stay here again

Great stay, much better than Extended Stay in Pittston PA

Pros: Location was close to airport. I used the offered shuttle service. My departure was 5 am so did not use offered breakfast.

Was OK for the purpose of the trip. Would stay again for this purpose.

Pros: Did not have breakfast. Stayed here to get early flight at PHL

Cons: The hotel shuttle driver did not show up even though I made a reservation the night before. But they called an Uber, although later than I wanted.

Great place to stay.

Pros: The rooms are spacious. There is a table or extended counter to eat or work at. The Beds are always comfortable and as a long stay location everyone is courteous about keeping noise down for people to rest.

Cons: This was the first time it took a little time to check in. Usually, it is very quick. Not a problem with check-in just newer staff for this stay. If a slight delay at check in, when we were late getting in due to traffic, is the only issue I would stay here every time.

Pros: Quick entrance. Nice Front Desk. Clean. Great price and comfortable bed. Full stock kitchen. Wonderful

Cons: Having a laundromat on the premises was very helpful

It was pleasant and clean.

Pros: The room was very nice and clean. The staff was nice and friendly, especially the security guard. He was very helpful and pleasant.

Cons: The fire alarm went off in the middle.if the night and the while place had to be evacuated. People can be silly sometimes but that didn't ruin my experience of the hotel itself.
