Great location and very good breakfast

Pros: The Room was clean, beds comfortable and breakfast was really good.

Cons: When you enter the room there is a humidity smell, we think it is the carpet but it was very strong, we had to turn the bathroom vent on to change the air in the room

Pros: Fantastic Service from Airport Shuttle and especially from the Breakfast Chef!

Great Stay!!

Pros: I was very surprised by the overall quality, cleanliness, and exceptional service!! The room were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The grounds were well kept. Location was great, right off the highway. There were a few stores and restaurants in close proximity. And for the price, it was fantastic! But most important was the exceptional and professional help and service I received from two of their employees. All the employees that I encountered were very friendly and nice, but two were really outstanding and I'd like to mention their names. If you check into Microtel and you happen to be helped by either Kashef or Randy, at the Front Desk, you'll meet two individuals who are patient, courteous, understanding and supportive, And, who actually are eager to help and appreciate their customers. So thanks again, Kashef and Randy on your outstanding customer service!

Cons: Since it is off the highway, if your room is in the back, it can get a bit noisy.

very enjoyable stay and great staff

Pros: We loved every part of this hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the room was big and spacious, the breakfast was great. All in all we had a great stay

Good stay

Pros: Rooms were clean. Shuttle arrived for pick up at the Airport after calling

Cons: An additional cost of 250 USD as security. ThusxwS not indicated at the time of booking the hotel but we were informed only while checking in. The front desk assured me that the 250 USD would be refunded in a day or two but I have not received my refund yet.

Great place to stay!

Pros: Great place to stay in the city. Right next to the highway to get around. Also a gas station across the parking lot! Great value for the money. Lobby was welcoming and clean, it smelled great, which was nice. Elevator and hallways were also clean. Room was just fine, updated, and clean no concerns. The only thing I would say is the bed linen is really light, so if you sleep cold you may need to ask for additional blankets. Also, no place to really hang towels, but no big deal! Overall, I will absolutely stay again!

Great Location, Great staff and a overall great stay I will be booking again!

Pros: I really enjoyed the room setup. It was very nice, and I could see my car from the window. It was surrounded by a gas station and some food places.

Cons: The tub could have been a bit cleaner. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and I believe it was worth the money.

Pros: It was convenient for our family get together. It is a great value. Front desk people were very helpful. I did not do the breakfast.
