Great value

Pros: Location is great and the efficiency room we booked was spacious and clean. Having a full-size fridge, a stovetop, and plates/utensils came in handy as we could have breakfast in the room.

Cons: The noise from other rooms could have been better.

Pleasant stay in a friendly, clean and easy to find place!

Pros: I was pleasantly surprised and had a good stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: I was a bit cold, and even with setting the thermostat higher - the room didn't get much warmer. Comforter was not very warm.

Pros: I liked the customer service/desk agent and the smile as they welcomed us.

Pros: Very clean and great facilities. Pretty much like new.

Cons: Shower water could have been a bit warmer.

Pros: Excellent price, good location, clean, fairly new (less than a year), everything was in excellent working condition, refrigerator on the room. It's close to many restaurants

Cons: Room was smaller than many hotels I've stayed. Not many amenities but there is a Sheetz next to the hotel.

Pros: The affordable rates and location. Plus, the rooms were alot nicer than you would expect with the rates being so low. I was nervous when booking but in the end was very pleased!

Cons: The heat in our room didnt work! We notified the front desk and the guy came into the room, turned it on and said to let it run for 30 mins and he would be back to check it but never came back and all it did by letting it run was made it colder in the room. Other than that the only other complaint was having to have a pillow replaced because it had a dirty pillow case on it and they didnt have enough towels in the room for the number of guests listed as staying there. I will say though, I do believe in the end the affordability outweighed the issues. Had it been colder outside or mid-winter with no heat, my overall opinion may not have been the same due to there not being any heat but we managed fine without it as it wasn't too cold outside during our stay.

Was reasonable price now and I slept well in clean room.

Pros: Reasonable price for a night and seemed safe in a convenient location. I have stayed at this brand of hotel before and never a problem so far. Just seems to expensive anymore.

Enjoyable

Pros: Convenient off the interstate Close to restaurants and shopping

Cons: Mattress is hard and bed frame is shaky

Pros: It was a good location near Allentown and Jim Thorpe.

Cons: They left dirty towels in the bathroom, the bed was very soft, and there were no kitchen items in the kitchenette (plates, glasses, and cutlery, etc.)

Value and Clean

Pros: I selected this hotel based on comments of prior uses who stated that the rooms were clean. The palce was very clean and I was happy I selected it for my one night stay.

Cons: No shampoo or Klenex but for the savings , bring your own.
