Skytop Lodge

Pros: I liked the facility and activities available. Flowers and garden was well managed.

Cons: Furniture out to date, room was too small, hears everything in the hallway.

Charming yet elegant! Can’t wait to go back and enjoy all Skytop has to offer!

Pros: The Skytop Lodge is a beautiful place surrounded in gorgeous settings. Absolutely a phenomenal place to stay, enjoy, eat, golf, plenty to do, cookies at 3pm everyday and 9pm every Saturday night! Simply charming yet elegant! Loved loved loved this lodge and surrounding areas!

Lovely hotel in great outdoor are

Pros: Beautiful setting in nature, lovely big rooms and lots of outdoor things to do in the area.

Cons: Old fashioned bathroom, shower curtains just aren't a thing anymore. We did Buffet breakfast once, food not worth the money charged

Nice visit. The second restaurant near the lake not far from our cabin was very good.a

Pros: Breakfast and Room were very good. We had no issues with them. We like the room and the privacy . The room attendants were prompt and did a good job early in the day.

Cons: The food in the main dining room was subpar and we were very disappointed with that. For the quality and the preparation, it was significantly overpriced. The service in the main dining room was also slow and the servers went a little too far in terms of talking to us.

It was a very relaxing and enjoyable time to stay at the Lodge.

Pros: Dinners were excellent, and many options for smaller dinners at some other locations.

Cons: The pool was being reconstructed

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning in the near future.

Pros: The staff was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The meals were well-prepared and delicious and the property was beautiful.

Cons: The only downside was that the pool was still under construction.

Pros: Skytop is a very special place - I’ve been going here for 66 years. Bring our children here & now all our grandchildren. So many activities offered. The setting and natural beauty are outstanding. Staff is always attentive & pleasant

A relaxing, beautiful setting in which to spend a few days!

Pros: The hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful & so well-cared for in every aspect. The restaurants all served different menus & the food was excellent in the three restaurants & Marketplace we tried. The room was a bit small, but it had such character with dormer windows & beamed ceiling. The bathroom was also small but well-maintained, as was the room. I would highly recommend this historic hotel built in the 1920's, to more mature travellers interested in relaxing in the beauty of the surroundings as well as families with children who enjoy hiking & many other outdoor activities such as swimming, fishing, archery, golf, tennis, pickle ball, lawn bowling, etc. There is something for every generation to enjoy at this gorgeous hotel in the Poconos.
