Very nice warm indoor pool and staff who bent over backwards to help.

Pros: The staff were so helpful, especially Carol who even lent us her personal phone and also took our rental car company to task over a problem that would have been far more difficult to resolve because our phones wouldn't work. She even called in when off duty to give us info. Above and beyond the call of duty. You will feel well taken care of at Carriage House.

Our stay was wonderful.

Pros: The staff was amazing and we really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tubs. Very quiet and very relaxing.

Cons: It was a bit outdated but that did not hinder our vacation.

Clean ad functional. No frills hotel stay.

Pros: The property match all expectations. Clean, friendly and functional. The kitchen was even fully stocked with all equipment you might need if you decided to stay longer then a few nights.

Cons: The décor is definitely dated and needs an upgrade.

Pros: Beautiful place. Advise to check the weather forecast before hand.-4 with wind chill of -30 is rough. 🤪🤪

Cons: The bed, mattress was very limpy Having only one small elevator Window in room would not lock (safety issue)
