Great hotel

Pros: Good location, lots of parking, friendly staff, nice breakfast.

Pros: Big comfortable room, very clean, many parking spots right in front of the hotel, friendly staff

Cons: No fresh stuff like fruits, veggies, ham or cheese for breakfast

Other than the check in, as always a nice quiet peaceful perfect mini vacation.

Pros: Breakfast was ok. Of course it was much better prior to the COVID. I was able to get oatmeal & yogurt so that was good.

Cons: Usually the check-in is seamless. Never, ever had a problem. This is possibly my fifth or sixth time at this location. However there is always a first. Jeremiah, the front desk person decided to be brusque and truculent .He would further begin to speak to me in a slower measured tone. Why? This is unacceptable. I was shocked.

Pleasant front desk staff & help in the breakfast room.

Pros: We’ve stayed here many times & wouldn’t go anywhere else when visiting Lancaster County.

Cons: Nothing I can think of.

It’s a nice place to stay, either you are traveling for business or sightseeing

Pros: The property is nice, housekeeping is on regular every day, front desk staff is always welcoming and friendly

Cons: it was snowed earlier in the week they didn’t clean the parking lots, all parking lots were snow covered and icy

Our stay was great bargain for the price! We will stay there again.

Pros: From the time we walked into the building everything was clean. desk area, elevator, hallway carpet was vacuumed and spelled good, and the carpet was newer. Both rooms were very nice ie, TV, refrigerator, bathroom, towels, furniture,

Cons: We were there during the week so the breakfast was not much at all. I would have liked more choices, even if it was not hot food. Drinks, fruit, cereal. One night coming back to our room there was a VERY strong smell of Indian food/onions

Great shower pressure and hot water.

Pros: Room was clean and bed comfortable but the best part was the shower water pressure. There is nothing better after a long day of carrying all the wife's purchases then a scalding hot shower with great water pressure. I'm talking steam sauna hot.

Pros: Proximity to the Amish attractions and the city of Lancaster Pets accepted Decent breakfast The price was ok

Cons: It was dated. The “ kitchen” in the room was less than adequate. No dishes or utensils

Great value, very clean and everything you need.

Pros: Very clean and well appointed rooms. Great for traveling with toddlers. Friendly staff, family environment.

Cons: Pillows were very uncomfortable

Pros: Clean, good location, good breakfast offering. Staff was always engaging and helpful. Will be back
