Overall - Stay was wonderful and will very highly recommend to anyone I know passing thru Lancaster

Pros: Staff were wonderful and helpful including after I locked myself out of my room. Small amenities like 24/7 free coffee/tea/cocoa were great. Room was comfortable and staff upgraded to suite. Overall absolute thumbs up!!

Cons: Very minor issue - a few more choices/options at breakfast would have been nice.

Comfortable and spacious accommodation

Pros: The place was clean and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were so spacious. We had complimentary water on check in. 24hr coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Laundry was clean and machines looked new. The breakfast had a lot of variety. It was mostly pre packaged but was very generous. Free parking in large car park. Next door to Outlets and lots of good choices. Foyer has fire place and decorated so nicely with Christmas decorations.

Cons: If I had to say something I guess I could say it was a bit outdated but that didn’t worry us at all as it was so comfortable.

Great place to stay

Pros: Great location, near to where we want to go, spacious rooms, simple but sufficient breakfast, heated pool. Staff at breakfast were very nice. Front desk was also very helpful when i checked in.

Perfect hotel for visiting Lancaster

Pros: This was my second stay here and I will definitely be back again! Great location with plenty of parking spaces, friendly staff, complimentary coffee/cookies and great sized rooms. Theres also a good selection for breakfast.

Amazing cozy, clean hotel in a great location

Pros: Very clean, spacious rooms, a great location. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, laundry room was a big plus and enough parking spaces. Breakfast was great, and overall it was a very cozy and nice stay. Will definitely be back soon!

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like.

Pros: Room was a good size..beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection. The location was good...near outlets and Dutch wonderland. Lobby was very pretty. Had indoor pool but we didn't use.

Cons: We tried to check in at 4 like it said check in time was but our room wasn't ready...we had evening plans to get ready for. Staff said we cud use restroom to change. Restroom had no paper towels to use to wipe off. Lightbulb out in bathroom...staff should have seen when cleaning the room
