Pros: The staff on reception where so polite and helpful, the rooms were clean, plenty of tea and coffee choices, bed very comfortable. Just as we were about to check out we decided to see if we could stay for one more night and the lady worked her magic and even found us an upgrade, the customer service really was outstanding.

Cons: Breakfast was dissapointing but did the job.

Pros: Comfortable rooms and nice staff. Good breakfast and lots of parking. There's a nice restaurant 2 minutes away. The city of Jim Thorpe is amazing for a short trip in winter.

Cons: Location is tricky. The entrance of the hotel isn't very visible from the road during the night. I took the wrong right turn and ended up having to drive for 40 minutes in the road to go back to the hotel. There should be a more visible sign to show the entrance of the hotel.

Nice space and great selection * loved the outdoor fire pit which is lit on a night to sit at * all staff demonstrate a high level of hospitality * the 12 noon check out was a bonus

Pros: We stayed for two nights, family of 5. The room was spacious enough and clean. The beds and the pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and relatively varied. There is a tea and coffee station 24 hours a day. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: The hotel is right next to the road, and the noise isolation from the outside is not sufficient, so you hear the cars and trucks, which disturbs your sleep a little. You should pay attention to the access road to the hotel, because it is very easy to miss it. It would be desirable to have appropriate signage to help.

Pros: Great location as it was close to many attractions, however very close to the turn pike means you heard Jake brakes often.

Pros: The room was clean, My kids loved breakfast and the fact that when we came back from skiing there were cookies. They also enjoyed that you had a pool. But no towels by the pool.

Cons: The kids had to use their shower towel for the pool. They were still wet the following morning. Wish that the coffee cup were a bit larger as I like my coffee in the AM. And with three kids and taking them skiing foe three day in a row I definitely could have used a bit more coffee to start the day.
