Pros: Staff, food, room all two thumbs up! Cleanliness of the room, and the lobby area. Overall experience was great.

Cons: Only thing I'd say is put a microwave in the rooms. I didn't like having to come from the 4th floor to warm up my food in the lobby.

Pros: I love staying at the Tru by Hilton. We always look for one when we travel.

Cons: It was very loud and noisy on our floor while trying to sleep. Kids running up and down the halls banging on things.

Pros: Chris, who checked us in, was fun and engaging! Maybe even convinced my sister to come visit me in Syracuse…☺️… It was decorated for the holiday in a retro and kitschy style that I loved!

Pros: The staff were all so very nice. The facility was very CLEAN !!. Rooms were good size and the choices for breakfast were great !!
