Garner Hotel Mahwah by IHG

Pros: The hotel had spacious and clean rooms. Bed was very good and it also had parking and a small breakfast that was very helpful to start the day. Close to woodbury outlets at a more reasonable rate.

Cons: The bathroom.cointertop looked as they had to fix. The fix looked bad and not neat. They should have replace the counter top instead.

Reasonable accommodation with pleasant staff

Pros: Room was comfortable with reasonable facilities & a comfy bed. Staff were pleasant & accommodating.

Cons: There are no eating places within walking distance of the hotel, so you need a car if you want to do anything.

Pros: The hotel was quite, not crowded, room was quite and clean.

Cons: Pastries were kind of hard and breakfast was minimal no bagels, waffles, no orange juice, just very basic.

Wonderful staff!

Pros: Staff was fantastic! I got lost at the end of a long and frustrating day. Front desk agent stayed on the phone with me, calmed me down and got me there.

Cons: That I only got to stay one night.

A great night stay in a clean, comfortable and well provisioned place.

Pros: This is our second stay at Garner in the past few months. Each time the staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. The facility was very clean, inside and out. The rooms are spacious and comforable. The included breakfast was also well provisioned. I have seen other places with more choices, but this was more than adequate. Eggs and sausage were done well, coffee was good from a grind-and-brew machine.

Cons: I cannot think of any issues we had that would be a detractor from staying here again.
