Courtyard by Marriott Mahwah

Pros: The staff was super helpful, because we booked via Booking.com and ordered a king size and a sofa bed for 4 people by accident. The staff helped us by getting a 4 man room. Good breakfast and nice parking

Cons: The pool was closed outside of the opening hours; maybe this was a one time thing

Veeeery good

Pros: The hotel fully lives up to its advertised standards. It is very clean, with exceptionally pleasant staff, a large parking lot, beautiful natural surroundings, and, despite being near the highway, it is very quiet. I stayed at the hotel as a stopover on my car journey, and for my purposes, it was ideal. The staff are super friendly and welcoming.

A nice stay

Pros: My second time at this hotel and felt this round, the front desk staff was friendlier and helpful when I asked for hot drinking water, which was only available at the bar at specific hours. The room size and beds were good. Overall, a clean and comfortable hotel. Wished lighting in the room could be brighter.

Lovely hotel, modern with nice spacious rooms and free parking

Pros: The hotel was very modern and clean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, would highly recommend a stay here. The is also ample free parking!

Cons: We didn't find the cafe/bar in the restaurant very good, the coffee wasn't very nice and the service when we were there was below average.

Perfectly Pleasant trip spent with my long distance partner

Pros: I liked how clean and how friendly and helpful the staff was. It’s really is a great value for the money. I was also pleased with the balcony view which I didn’t quite expect when booking the room and was happy with.i came here in February so the weather was cold to stay out for too long on the balcony. The pool was also awesome love how it’s heated or just a right temperature.

Cons: it was miserable when seeing the staff with their continuous efforts at assisting a customer during their stay, and the woman kept yelling at them. She also kept saying obnoxious things and rude remarks when all they were trying to do was help her with her reservation and all the while also trying to upkeep and manage the bar for people that wanted some drinks at 7pm . I wanted to sit and have dinner but went up and stayed in my room for the duration of the night; had dinner and watched some tv.

Overall very pleased

Pros: Bed and room very comfortable. Lobby was super nice and elegant especially for the price. The flavored water kiosk was really cool.

Cons: Pool was closed. I had an issue with my debit card for some reason. I had money available and called my bank to verify but the machine kept denying it.

Excellent stay forthe price

Pros: Breakfast was not included in our stay which I think would be a staple in such a great hotel. That was a little disappointing but besides that everyone was very nice. We had a good time chatting and hanging out at the bar the bartender was lovely The staff was accommodating. I would definitely be back. Lovelyplace

Cons: I the future the should definitely think about including breakfast with your stay. The pool could use a little work.

The front staff was very pleasant. The lobby was well put together..

Pros: I didn't eat breakfast. It was comfortable and convenient. Quiet & easy access to the gas station for travel.

Cons: It didn't have a view, which really didn't bother me.

Pros: The facilities was clean, all of our rooms (4) were on the same floor close to each other, I had a adjoining room for my kids.

Cons: The fire pits weren't working, breakfast would have been nice
