Neat, clean, best location, value for money

Pros: Location is great. If you want to go anywhere in New Jersey or New York, it is a convenient location. A medium size hotel so easy to reach to room and other facilities. Vending machines and restaurant are just near the entrance and I found it very convenient to use. Rooms are spacious and clean. All the necessary facilities are provided and in good condition. Staff is very helpful and courteous. They go beyond their duties to help or guide you. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Overall worth of value.

Pros: Breakfast was really good. Coffee/tea being available all day also really good. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly.

Cons: Shower pressure was really poor and thin walls and doors.

Clean and confortable surrounded by a beautiful area

Pros: Breakfast was good and diverse, coffee and tea 24/7, clean and confortable. A quick walk to cafes, a gourmet supermarket that was superb. Ramsey has ponds, and every amenity nearby, as a train station. Very beautiful place for a visit in fall. Although on a highway, very quiet. Will stay again.

Cons: The only remark we have is the day before leaving we asked staff for a late checkout which was confirmed. Next day the same staff told us to leave by 11am which is the standard checkout time and not what was agreed.

Acceptable one night stay

Pros: Breakfast was ok , liked the egg white omellete with vegie s , would prefer some yogurt without sugars , less carbs more protein options. Traveling with a handicapped brother and we wanted two beds so a handicap accessible room was unavailable .

Cons: See above unhappy that handicap accessible rooms must have king size bed. As siblings we needed two beds
