Best Western PLUS Morristown Inn-Florham Park

Overall I was happy and comfortable during my stay at the hotel

Pros: It was centrally located and the staff were helpful and friendly

Cons: I had trouble with the central heating in the room. Also it was very noisy

Perfect hotel for a short business/leisure trip.

Pros: Ideally situated for Morristown, extremely well equipped, comfortable rooms, very friendly, helpful and professional staff which supported a very well managed hotel providing a relaxed environment.

Cons: Nothing of significance, an excellent hotel.

Good location and the room was very comfortable.

Pros: We liked the buffet style breakfast and the choice of food.

Cons: The decor was a little dated.

Great location, comfortable & welcoming

Pros: Great location, easy to walk into Morristown & some lovely parks nearby. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the Inn was cosy and felt safe. Coffee and fresh baked cookies in the lobby each afternoon was such a lovely touch!

Cons: Air con/ heater was quite noisy if left on at night. Thankfully I didn’t need it but it was the only downside as I really liked this hotel!

good stay except the breakfast

Pros: big bedroom with a sofà and desk to work. not far from the morristown downtown. staff more than friendly with a welcome cookies at the desk. and coffe machine available for all.

Cons: you have to ask to get the room cleaned otherwise no one will clean the room. breakfast with no fresh muffjn in plastic bag. bacon dry and over cooked. 2 only choices of tea. low light in the room

Good stay, helpful staff, great location

Pros: Breakfast was excellent, but need to change menu on regular basis.

Cons: Breakfast options could little better.

Pros: Great location! Friendly staff! A wonderful coffee machine at the lobby, and delicious cookies!

If I return back to Morristown it will be my destination

Pros: The staff's behavior is wonderful. cleanliness. Flexibility in entry and exit times. The room size is good and the breakfast is simple but varied.

Cons: Price and location. There are no services nearby.

Pros: It is located just a 5 min walk from the downtown of Morristown.

Better then I expected - charming clean and great location!

Pros: Not fancy yet clean and comfortable. Walkable to many Morristown attractions. Historic feel and nicely kept up. Staff are very nice - especially George at the front desk - very helpful and kind.

Cons: Breakfast was a bit underwhelming.
