Pros: Everything was great! The room was very clean and quite spacious. The staff were very polite and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The only downside was the musty smell in the room. There was no proper air circulation, and the air conditioner didn’t help. Unfortunately, there was no other option to air out the room.

Fantastic place to stay

Pros: Guest service agent who checked me in went way and beyond. My father passed away. She was so comforting. I will never forget her

Good value

Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room too

Cons: Breakfast was poor just toast , waffles etc. No eggs or anything else. No public transport in to Manhatten without walking up a very very steep incline. Hotel shuttle in to Manhatten leaves at 11am and returns at 8.30pm. Only found out about this the day before we left. Not told about it on check in ???
