Great Waterside stop for easy EWR access.

Pros: Stunning view of the Manhattan Sky line and sunrise. Convenient for the airport and close to good places to eat and drink.

Pros: Great hotel, nice bedroom, super comfy bed, a bit old facility but good. Amazing skyline view! Waking up looking to the New York skyline is a great reward to pay to be outside Manhattan. Good location just 1 bus stop from manhattan. Convenient food market nearby and microwave in the hotel to save some money and enjoy dinner in the room after all day out exploring.

Cons: Pool area too cold and small. In winter would have been nice to have a heated pool or better a sauna.

Spectacular view from very comfortable hotel

Pros: Location was prime especially with easy accessibility to the ferry across the Hudson. Restaurant met all our needs from hearty breakfast to delicious dinner options

Cons: Elevator service was intermittent one being out of service completely

Pros: Location was great and affordable as travellers from New Zealand. We were right next to Ferry and Bus services, so was easy to get to NYC city daily. Lastly staff were very lovely, and service and cleaning staff were great. Whenever we needed help with any room issues we got help promptly.

Cons: Nothing I did not like, would stay here again if ever in future we are blessed to travel again to USA.

Nice Hotel but tired

Pros: Room serviced, when requested. Room and towels clean. Very spacious room and bed comfy. Helpfulness of staff varied from person to person, day to day. Restaurant staff at breakfast and evening were lovely. Good connections into New York..buses 156, 159 and 158. Views from the harbour over the Hudson into New York are amazing.

Cons: Room was looking over the air conditioning equipment, which wasn't pleasant (Room 308). We'd booked a good 10 months ahead, so you'd thought it wasn't plenty of time ahead. Power sockets were loose of the wall and living room light didn't work. Overall, a tired room.

Great loaction across from NY with easy access into the city

Pros: The view across the river was great. The room was HUGE! The bus to NY was 100m away and took less that 10 minutes to get to the main bus terminal and subway. Whole Foods is a 5 min walk away.
