Pros: The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was that the room window could not be opened. Some hotels are designed this way, but I still don’t really understand the reason. Aside from that, the hotel was very clean, highly comfortable, and felt very safe. Transportation is extremely easy for those who want to go to the center of New York. You can take the No. 125 bus from the street just above the hotel and go directly to Times Square, and returning is just as easy. The hotel’s location is excellent. The staff were truly wonderful and very friendly. I would especially like to thank the receptionist named Thomas, who took great care of me. I would like to extend my endless thanks to him here. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The price is also very reasonable.

Perfect

Good Stay for Family

Pros: The rooms were neat and clean and spacious for a family stay. Accessiblity was good from Port Authortity Bus Station by Bus no 125. So travel to and from Newyork Manhattan was pretty good. Big supermarket available nearby in 5 minutes walking distance to cover any purchase needs. Reception support was good and friendly.

Cons: The Coffee machine in the room is too complicated. A simple Kettle in addition would be really helpful. Waterbottles topup everyday would have been better. For Family stay, the toilets and showers are not private enough. The Coffee machine in the lobby was also not taken care properly as during the end of the day the milk is cold and not good enough to drink. A dispensing coffee machine would have been better. Above are just feedback to improve the services to be better.

Pros: The room was specious, mostly clean, comfortable. The isolation in the room is perfect, you hear nothing from other rooms or the corridor. The heating system is working well and effective, you can control the temperature easily. They provide water and coffee machine in the room as well as at the reception.

Cons: The room is well maintained, I just think they should improve the daily house keeping as I found some hears and buckles on the ground here and there in the room. They suggest a shuttle to New York for 10$ but I found it noneffective as it starts from this hotel and go around all the hotels in the area and it took us 35 mins to start moving to NY. While the public bus is 5 min walk and it take 30 mins to NY. It would be useful to have a kettle in the room for hot water for the tea.

Pros: Overall the hotel was pretty good. The room was very clean, very modern with all necessary items and personal hygiene products. There even was a make up removal wipe. The bed was very comfortable and big.

Cons: As for me, the extension stay procedure could be more convenient. I had to come downstairs to extend our stay. It would've been much easier to do it online or over the phone from the room.

Lovely stay

Pros: I really liked the spacious room, facilities and the super comfortable bed. We also had a nice dinner in the restaurant.

Cons: I found the room and corridors too hot and was unable to change the temperature dial within our room. I resorted to putting the air con unit on to reduce the heat.

Pros: Modern design, and appliances, clean and spacious room, comfortable parking

Pros: It was a big room, with a nice shower and very clean.

Cons: A bit away from restaurants.

Worth the money

Pros: The room was massive it was much bigger than in photo. And it was spotless too I couldn’t fault the effort the staff put in making the room clean and tidy
