Pros: The team were brilliant - so friendly and accommodating. The shuttle bus to get to our work site and to take us to restaurants is a great option

Good but the bar staff need training

Pros: The location of this hotel is excellent for where we are working. The property has all the necessary facilities and services. The front desk staff are so helpful and polite.

Cons: We arrived on a weekend and the bar was not open until early evening. The bar should be open all day at the weekends to support people traveling. Whilst the choice was great at the bar, there was never anyone around to serve. We had to constantly go to the front desk to ask them to find someone. When they did appear from the back, they looked irritated they had been disturbed, served you and then promptly went back into the back room. This was whether people had food orders in or not. I would suggest new bar staff are need or at least make sure they are in the bar when it is open.

Pros: The Hotel is great as usual, very clean and up to my usual expectation of this chain. The staff were amazing and very cooperative. They kept my amazon delivery even after my checkout. really appreciated.

Cons: The free WiFi is a little bit slow.

A pleasant and short stay that I wish would have lasted longer

Pros: The room was amazing, clean and welcoming, the bathroom and shower were spotless. Check in was painless and staff was beyond friendly I felt like I was catching up with a long lost family member.

Cons: The only one thing I could gripe about is how worn out the mattresses were. That being said I know that this issue can be subjective based on individual preferences so take it for what you will.

Comfy stay for a good price.

Pros: The staff at the front desk was so kind and pleasant. The woman who checked us in was really quick and answered questions well. The bed was super comfortable and clean (I always check beneath the sheets!). It was super cold the day we checked in and room was immediately cozy.
