Definitely go back!

Pros: I loved the staff, the charm, and the location the most. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming and went out of their way to be accommodating. The rooms were very clean , and the bedding had a pleasant scent when I was tucked in at night. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water. The charm of the Mainstay was better than expected. It had such good vibes and felt like home away from home. The shower pressure was strong and the water was extremely hot, so that felt great after a long trip and several hours in a car. I appreciated the parking right next to the building and loved that everything downtown was walkable. I felt extra safe with the digital key pad for entry into the building and peace knowing someone was always at the front desk. I will happily make a return visit if I’m ever in Phoenixville again! Thank you!

Cons: I only have two things that are more nit picky, but weren’t deal breakers. The first thing is the mattress was a little too firm for me and didn’t seem to be soft enough, but everyone is subjective. My back was extra sore from traveling so perhaps I was more sensitive than normal. The second thing is the paint job on the walls and trim was a little sloppy here and there, but that’s really being fussy. Again, not a deal breaker. That was in my bathroom , the rest was great. I didn’t want a brand new Hilton, I wanted a place with charm. So I’d give them a 9.8 out of 10! So pretty great job folks!

Friendly staff and great location

Pros: The location is perfect for walking around town. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was so friendly I felt like we walked into a friends house not a hotel.

Pros: Outstanding location! The restaurant downstairs was incredible. I didn't expect that when I went down to it. Also, the staff were really kind and pleasant.

Cons: It wasn't bad, but just a bit dated. Still it was a great value.

Pros: Location and especially, John who assisted me with parking my UHaul truck.

Best place to stay in Phoenixville!

Pros: Everyone was so pleasant and helpful from the front desk to the staff. The best place to stay in Phoenixville if you want to be able to explore the town. The most central location and everything is in walking distance. I will definately stay here when I come back to Phoenixville!

Amazing, can't wait to come back when I can stay longer.

Pros: Super cute, staff was friendly, very clean, cute town - walk to everything. The hotel has an amazing restaurant, food and service was excellent! Will stay again if we get the opportunity.

Cons: Parking is limited; they have just 7 spots for the hotel. They do offer parking at the senior center nearby for a $10 donation. We were lucky to get a spot but was afraid to move the car. Luckily, you can walk everywhere. Minor compared to how wonderful everything else is.

Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Super friendly staff! Very clean. Great location for seeing Phoenixville.

Cons: Parking wasn’t close but who doesn’t need a little exercise! Not overly impressed with the breakfast (instant oatmeal, granola bars)

Comfortable rooms in historic downtown Phoenixville

Pros: Great downtown Phoenixville location. Warm, welcoming staff, (limited) free on-site parking; plentiful paid parking lot next door. Rooms are clean and well appointed though small.

Cons: My room was a bit noisy, mostly because it was at the top of the steps and there was an enthusiastic wedding party on the floor. Room was a bit “beat up” looking, but clean. Staff said, that floor is in the process of remodeling.

Great service, Friendly staff and an awesome location.

Pros: The hotel is under new management and they service was exceptionally good! They have been working on room upgrades but the property was very clean. Very comfortable beds. Parking is a challenge in Phoenixville and the hotel team really provide great information to help with that.

Cons: Nothing negative. The experience was great!

Pros: The owner and staff are always so friendly and accommodating! They make you feel so comfortable and want to genuinely know that you are enjoying yourself.

Cons: Nothing. From the room, the people and the location…. It is always a great stay!
