Stunning place to stay, will be even better when it's finished?

Pros: We loved the history of the building itself and tasteful conversion from Power Station to hotel. The location was perfect as we could watch the world go by. Staff were either very helpful or came across almost nonchalant, as though they didn't want to be there. This was a shame as we had come from the UK to specifically stay in the place. That said, I would stay again as I would put some negatives down to a work in progress and we love staying in places that are a little different.

Cons: See above re staff. We didn't get the lure of the casino. It wasn't a great place, we only went there to eat. Some of the options were shut. The Italian restaurant was open and the food was delicious however it felt completely out of place in the corner of a casino. Add a bar/restaurant to the hotel and dump the casino! We did note that some areas were closed off or looked like they were waiting to be renovated, perhaps as above - a work in progress? Air-conditioning was very noisy.

Great hotel and venue near to Fish town

Pros: Great new hotel- a few smashing issues but overall excellent. Customer service excellent

Cons: Some water seepage from bathroom to bedroom. Casino was not in the hotel which I thought it works be based on the listing

Beautiful Hotel on the Riverfront

Pros: We stayed one night at riversuites and wished we could have stayed longer. The room was impeccable. The suite was huge and immaculate, with a large kitchenette. Everyone on staff was very cordial and helpful. We were in town to attend a concert at the Fillmore, and we were able to walk there easily. I'm not sure how close the hotel was to the historical areas of the city but it was perfect for going to the Fillmore and the Rivers Casino. The location is right on the water which would be lovely for walking if the weather was good. We definitely recommend this hotel.

I would stay here a million times more!

Pros: Very clean. The suite was amazing. The staff was great

Pros: The spaciousness and the decor are well-utilized, making the most of every available area

Cons: A kitchen is present, but it lacks the necessary cooking utensils.

Pros: Stunning. We love Fishtown so it was a great location.

Conveniently located, comfy bed, lovely accomodations.

Pros: Breakfast was a nice surprise. While the sandwiches were a bit mediocre and unevenly heated, the staff member was so friendly and kind and the variety of options was pleasant for a free breakfast.

Cons: The pull out bed was extremely dirty. I had to ask staff members twice for new sheets as the first time they only brought a blanket and pillows. The phone in the room also had a permanent busy signal. As soon as I picked up the phone it was a busy tone and I was unable to dial out. I had to physically go back down to the front desk to ask for the sheets again.

Pros: Had a great time both times I stayed there Very classy

Pros: Front desk staff at check in was TOP TIER! So friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful, clean and comfortable Loved the complimentary snack as well.

Happy we found this spot!

Pros: Location is excellent. Walkable to many great restaurants, venues, etc.

Cons: I know it’s a design choice, but the lobby is pretty sparse feeling. And the fact that there is only one elevator is odd.
