Liked staying here. Sofia had room neatly ready well ahead of time.overall good place to stay..

Pros: Nice breakfast. Clean room and quiet location. Courteous staff.

Cons: Absence of drinking water and toothpaste in the room. Had to ask each time.

Beautiful hotel , suite was beautiful. Love the fact the hotel was up on hill out the way.

Pros: Staff was very friendly when checked in the evening staff absolutely wonderful however when checking out the lady was preoccupied with another conversation with staff , she put her hand out for the key card and that was that.

Pros: Great location. Friendly and efficient staff. Rooms were comfortable, more than I thought it might be for three people and 11 nights. Got top floor as requested and extra pillows arrived quickly when we requested some for the pull out couch (that should be updated tho)

Cons: Thought my son would be on a trundle bed but it was a typical pull out couch w the bar running thru the middle. Not ideal for extended stays like we had. The exercise room was straight up WAY TOO HOT to even use. That’s def disappointing as we like to work out daily. And we couldn’t access the pool, bigger bummer. Food was mid at best.

The place was clean everywhere you went. The staff was above expectations!!!

Pros: The breakfast was excellent! Close to the Plymouth Meeting mall. It was good value for my money.

Cons: The staff reception downstairs were loud and talking at the top of their voices.

Great ten day stay

Pros: The location was superb. Easy access to the turnpike to get around. The staff was great. Some hotels won’t even make change for the washing machine. These folks were ready. The breakfast team was friendly and helpful. Everything was easy. Exchange towels, get more soap or TP, coffee cups. Large room. Super comfortable.

Pros: I like everything about the property! It was very clean, fresh, and comfortable for the one night I stayed.

Pros: Excellent location. Convenient on and off highway .staff was superb. Went above and beyond when I needed some help with a few things. room was very quiet and comfortable

Pros: Breakfast was very good with many different options of food. The quality was also very good. The room was spacious enough. .

Cons: The rooms were comfortable with the only negative being that the bathroom wasn't a singular unit. The sink was outside the toilet and bathtub

Cons: Everything was good except for the fact that they doesn't have pool. Websites still having pictures of the pool.
