Nice hotel, Great Staff...Poor Breakfast

Pros: Rooms are comfortable and large Location was perfect for me as it was close to company office. Staff are always pleasant.

Cons: The breakfast was a little tired and out of the 3 night stay, I forfeited breakfast on the last two mornings.

Pros: just the air condition was very noisy. Others were wonderful!

Pros: Right next to ASTM headquarters, making it a premier spot to stay for their conferences. My room's shower had only cold water coming out, but after reporting that I was upgraded to a bigger room and given free breakfast, which was an excellent response.

Cons: A very minor thing, but breakfast had less variety than similar range hotels in Europe. Still very tasty, though!

Great hotel - poor laundry service - Challenging charging services

Pros: Marriott Philadelphia West is great for people doing business.

Cons: Marriott Philadelphia West could update their accounting internal controls. I booked the room through Booking.com and I was charged twice - at the platform and at the hotel. Also, please ask for a printed version of your folio (bill). It is extremely hard to get a copy over countless e-mails later on. They promise to send a copy of your bill, but it never arrives. Also, do not use the laundry services. They staple tags to your clothing and stain many pieces.

A week away from home made easier with a great location, staff and facilities

Pros: The location was close to our conference. The township over the bridge is a 5 min walk. The walking tracks along the river were scenic, safe and a great way to see Conshocken.

Cons: The prices of beverages at the bar were $$$ steep. Got around this by visiting the bar over the bridge.

Good location, excellent restaurant on location & close by.

Pros: Clean, excellent location, close to nice restaurants. They have Laundry facilities, but it was broken so they washed our daughters clothes in their facility laundry, folded & delivered back to us which was nice.

Cons: No continental breakfast & you have to pay for Wi-Fi

Pros: The staff was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The beautiful woman at the front desk and gentleman accommodated me with the help I needed. I unfortunately forgot to return a charger and I deeply apologize. I appreciated the staff

Cons: I believe I asked for a room with a tub and I didn’t receive that.The pipes under the toilet were making a loud sound all night as if the toilet was consistently being flushed and it didn’t stop

Pros: Personal muy amable. Hicieron más de lo necesario buscando a alguien que se pudiera comunicar en español conmigo durante el desayuno y ofreciendo toda la ayuda posible. Muchas gracias. Parking comodísimo. Buena opción para visitar Philadelphia si dispones de coche.

would definitely come again! also the staff was super nice and accommodating . Floyd was really helpful.

Pros: Pool and lounge area was really nice. hotel was beautiful and the room was as well. also the tv has Netflix and all the other apps.

Cons: Legends which is the restaurant in the hotel. the food was horrible, we waited for fries and they came out hard and old. boneless chicken was more like popcorn chicken small bite size pieces of gross-ness.
