Awesome hotel for a reasonable price

Pros: Personel was on point. Always a warm welcome when coming in or going out. The cleaning personnel was awesome as well. cleaning the room no matter the time you were away, respectful and very polite The facilities were wonderful, one of the best hotels i’ve ever stayed at. Outside as well as inside, very clean, welcoming and pleasant. I will gladly be coming back.

Cons: how about…. nothing ? maybe needs a few more accommodations for the smokers, like a bench at the back or something, apart from that, really have nothing bad to say.

Pros: Arrived late at night and staff were friendly and lovely. parking was great and secure. Room was large, clean and beds were very comfortable. Great location expected if you want to go to Premium outlets

Great place to stay in the Pottstown area.

Pros: We were unexpectedly displaced from our home in the area. The staff was very helpful in getting us in and extending our stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great with a variety of options. Will definitely recommend for our out of town family and friends when they are in town and would definitely stay again if needed.

Very pleasant stay.

Pros: 1. Very smooth and friendly checkin 2. Plenty parking 3. Large clean rooms 4. Coffee machine, fridge and microwave in room was a useful convenience 5. Complementary breakfast was functional and good.

Cons: Couldn’t keep window blinds open as the ground floor room is very close to the car park. They have a printed sheer in the window which doesn’t let in much natural light. So always need the lights on in the room.

This is a great value and a comfortable hotel.

Pros: The breakfast was amazing! For example, there must have been 10 toppings for the hot oatmeal.

Cons: I booked the room because I had a cold and didn’t want my 98 year old father in law to get it, but I couldn’t get the heat over 74 degrees.

It was just simply wonderful. Definitely gonna stay there again.

Pros: The room was very nice. The hotel is very clean. You can obviously tell the place is very well run. There’s a nice free breakfast in the morning.

Pros: The hotel was beautiful. The outside fire pit was amazing. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Had everything you needed. I would definitely come back here and stay. The staff was very friendly. I was at a wedding up there for that day..

Cons: Couldn't say anything bad about this place, accept. Main elevator it's very slow it. Needs to be maintenance..

Will definitely stay her again. Will have to become members to reduce the rate.

Pros: Staff welcoming (both at check-in and at breakfast. Comfort, clean, bright, quiet even though full.
