Best stay ever - We will be back!

Pros: The service provided by the staff was exceptional from the time we checked in until our check-out. Special recognition to Mike, Karla, Jeff, and the young lady that checked us in on 4/18. We did not want for anything during this trip.

Cons: That we did not have a microwave in our room.

Pros: Best hotel in Reading. Good breakfast. Very good bar with good food. Excellent service. Good restaurants on walking distance.

We didn’t get to stay because of unforeseen circumstances that arose

Pros: Our visit was cut short due to unforeseen circumstances. We were not able to stay there but knew there would be no refund or partial refund.

Cons: I didn’t like that the parking structure was filled with hotel parking spaces and we could barely find a space since there was events going on, however a few hours later all those parking spots that said hotel parking were completely empty. I would ask the hotel to manage their parking situations better so that actual hotel guest that have paid for a room have decent parking

Relaxing holiday stay

Pros: I love that we get a free breakfast with our stay and love the pool.

Cons: There is a train that goes by at night and can be very loud

Pros: All the hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Everyone was friendly and efficient, even during the busy night at the bar and restaurant. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot of choices. Our room was also very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed our stay here.

Better than expected on all counts Staff was friendly. Surprisingly secure for a downtown.

Pros: The best I can recall for a breakfast that comes with the room.

Cons: A warning when an event is scheduled across the street so we could avoid the traffic tie up whe they let out.

Pros: We had a shuttle to the place wanted to see the show!!

Pros: The breakfast was amazing. Very fresh and more verity then expected. Staff were exceptional. Would recommend this option to anyone looking to stay in this location!

Cons: There was nothing that I didn't like. Everything was clean, exceeded expectations, staff was amazing, and we had an amazing breakfast before leaving at an amazing check out time of 11am.

We hit every green light on the way!!!!!!

Pros: Everyone was so thoughtful considerate and wanted to have all the guests have their best experience and they made sure we did
