Excellent... Will recommend and won't mind staying again.

Pros: The location is very good, close to many places. Staff was friendly and answered all our questions patiently. Room was clean and tidy.

Cons: Breakfast was nice, but it could have more hot options.

Pros: I like the pool the food how clean the hotel is very beautiful the comfy pillows and bed

Pros: My family and I stayed for one night, and from the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was very helpful during check-in. Room was clean, spacious and the beds and pillows were comfortable, safe to say I had a restful sleep. The gym was nice. The only downside (and it wasn’t a deal breaker) was that they were out of water. The pool was large, and having both the pool and the jacuzzi right next to each other was perfect for warming up during these freezing February days. The complimentary breakfast was good, although I wish the mini pancakes cooked a bit faster since there was a small line waiting. Check-out went smoothly, and Katie at the front desk was wonderful. She provided great information about rewards and upgrades once we signed up. What I was most pleased with was the late check-out, which made our stay even better.

All in all, we made it work.

Pros: The hotel, staff and breakfast were wonderful as well as location.

Cons: The room was large but the bathroom was really challenge to get in and out of. The bathroom door is so close to the toilet, they almost touched!! When you sat on toilet your left arm practically touched the roll of toilet tissue. The positioning of the tissue paper holder is terrible!! With such a roomy suite they really skimped on the bathroom space.🙁

Pros: My family and I loved the location of the hotel to everything. It was close, but still sat away from severely busy areas. We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, we took a business card for future stays, if we're to be in the area again.

Cons: The only thing we didn't like about the location was that the bathroom in our room was very small, and with how the door swung inwards caused problems. I accidentally pinched my daughter's fingers with the door on the side with the hinges, not realizing she placed them there, while I was closing the door to give her a bit of privacy while she was jumping into the shower.

Pros: The room was very clean and rhe bed was very comfortable.

Cons: The bathroom was very small. The door was 1 inch off the toilet and there was no safety bars in the shower.
