Pros: nice bathroom and kitchen area, the staff was supper nice at check-in and check-out. it was very clean and the kitchen well equipped.

Cons: the mattress was rather hard, but that’s a personal preference

Pros: The ease of getting in to NYC. You catch the express right outside the hotel

Cons: Some of the staff were not very friendly. The showers water pressure was not great.

Great Hotel and great Staff

Pros: The hotel was definitely exactly what I expected. The rooms were exactly like the pictures and you could see that recent updates had been done. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and my room was very comfortable.

Cons: The tv remote was missing from the room and I think they need more bathroom amenities like soaps and shampoo and conditioner.

Overall it was ok.

Pros: Front desk staff specifically Mr. Jose was great. I had left wallet on reception by mistake but it was kind enough of him to walk to my room and handover to me the same. True Gentlemen and great human being.

Cons: Breakfast is worst. They served only cup cakes and some bars and hot coffee. Not much option.

Great experience for the cost

Pros: Easy to find and parking was in surplus. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Rooms could’ve been cleaned a little more thorough but it wasn’t bad enough to make me want to leave, mostly nitpicking. Overall good stay and that is only complaint
