Simple

Pros: Just like a city, the hotel offered a nice outlook on the environment.

Cons: Has to be a bit renovated. Change the bathrooms and cleaner rugs.

Pros: The staff were very kind and friendly. The hotel was not the best one, but it was a very good one for the money I paid for 14 days. I just needed a comfortable, safe and clean place to stay in and I got it. The location was good as well and I needed 10 minutes to get to the bus station and 20 more minutes by bus for getting to Times Square. I will surely recommend this hotel.

Good value for money

Pros: Room was clean, bathroom is okay...friendly staff and free served coffee in the morning.

Cons: Housekeeping not available every day, or during weekends.

Pros: Very nice place the bed was exceptionally comfortable every thing was good. If you want to be near newyork city this is the place to stay in. The number 129 bus brings you right in to the city.. there is also restaurants close by.

Great value for money

Pros: For the price it is great value for money. The room facilities are good, it has everything like a fridge, microwave etc. The AC also works great.

Cons: Maybe the shower could have a handheld shower handle. The connectivity is good. But the buses that stop near the hotel are less frequent and you might need to do a bit of walking

Pros: Everything was clean. Nice people. Large rooms. The beds are confortable and is very close to Times Square buy bus.

I would give this property a 9/10.

Pros: Being on a bus route was a plus for my family and I. I also liked that their was a laundry facility on the property.

Cons: The breakfast could have been a little bit more. It was only tea and breakfast bar.

Love this place, exceptional value and location !

Pros: We love everything about this property, from the location to the people, to the scenery. The price is very affordable, which makes it possible to do other things on your list while visiting. This is our 2nd time staying here and we will be back again for sure! The grounds are kept clean and there are lots of different birds there, if you like birds. There are a couple of geese, husband and wife, (I'm sure). I was happy to see them again when we returned, they seem to live there. There are cardinals, ducks, blue jays, robins, sparrows, sterlings, just to name a few. It's right on the water and the lights are so pretty at night when they light up the water. The scenery is beautiful.

Cons: Always be aware of your surroundings just like anywhere on the planet.

Pros: Rooms where clean, towels available at request, staff were nice too
