Pros: We actually stayed from 17 to 29 Dec generous facilities, attention to detail,brilliant in every way

Pros: Great breakfast but items such as fruits could be changed up a bit from day to day. Location is close to mall and other shopping areas

Cons: The rooms should be cleaned and towels changed everyday

Best choice for the price

Pros: Breakfast was very decent with lots of variety. The room was vast and confortable for a group of 5. Bathroom was clean and inviting.

Cons: There was no shuttles to get to the cruise terminals.

Pros: The ROOMS ARE FREAKING HUGGGGEEEE BROOOOOOOOOOOOO AWESOMEEEEE. Clean hotel helpful staff Clean room daily. Breakfast so so. The Roooomsss Worth alll the money DO NOT WAIT ANY LONGER PEOPLE BOOK NOW.:)

Pros: Waffle machine the kids lived. Room was huge. Plenty of parking too

Cons: Slightly worn Tables were not cleaned after breakfast so we had to clear up after other people and clean down the table

Pros: Lovely hotel, room was really nice. Loved the Western themed decor inside & out. Beds were really comfortable for us, pillows as well. Lifts were good & quick as were on the 5th floor. Breakfast choice was good, although it got very busy, but it is a big hotel.

Cons: The guy booking us in hardly spoke, not very welcoming at all. Definitely needs 2 more waffle machines, 2 is nowhere near enough for that many people. We see 2, even in a little Super8 motel. Lots of people said the same at breakfast. The que also caused a couple of arguments during our stay. The back part of the hotel is next to the 440 which at night resembles a race track from the 5th floor. PLEASE don't do the copy & paste reply, actually attend points you can.

Pros: Good deal in peaceful Staten Island. The room was really large and comfy. Staff was professional. The hotel is located in an industrial area but a couple of bus lines run over there. Ferries from Manhattan and other places in NYC arrive a few km away. Breakfast was quite good.

Cons: If you don't have a car, it may be a problem to reach the hotel. NYC has some connections but NJ has not. I had to grab a Uber to reach Union City - 10 minutes ride will cost you at least 50 USD. Otherwise good deal!
