Looking for a secluded respite? This could be it.

Pros: Positives: Excellent service both at the reception and the dining area. Breakfast was pretty decent for its range. Free shuttle to and from the ferry.

Cons: Not-so-positives. Not very accessible from anywhere and though they provide a shuttle, it would be nice if they can use some chat messaging apps to contact the hotel. We texted through the booking platform asking for shuttle service from the ferry port but no to no avail. Parking spots are free but plan to wait for a bit to find a vacant one.

A wonderful hotel, ideally located for a ferry to the city.

Pros: A quiet retreat, next to the lovely park but within striking distance for the Staten Island ferry = just perfect. A special mention for the senior guy who was so helpful and friendly when serving the wonderful breakfast.

Cons: I just couldn’t get the shower hot enough, but I always enjoy it above the normal. Thanks for the lovely experience.

Pros: Everything was fine. Many thanks for staff service, they were polite and helpfully. Very good breakfasts. Many thanks for shuttle bus to the ferry/back.

Pros: good value for money in NYC, a 20 min drive to the ferry to get to Manhattan, nice, contemporary lobby design, comfy beds, window in room opens some if you don't want to use AC; good, plentiful breakfast, free parking.

Cons: nothing comes to mind.

Pros: It was close to bus stop. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons: Breakfast was every day almost the same, not very diverse. On Thursday they run out of Kellogs cereals, next daz out of honey and didn't add any till Saturday. Wi-fi wasn't working in rooms from Wednesday night till Saturday when we left.

Great home away from home

Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, including towards our service dog. And when I locked myself out of my room, they were prompt to help.

Cons: The breakfast choices for my vegan daughters were limited.
