Short stay while visiting area, very comfortable place to lay your head and to get a good head start

Pros: A much higher standard hotel than we expected. Excellent and varied breakfast, large and clean rooms, comfortable beds, luxurious toiletries, excellent coffee in the lobby for free. A short 5 minute drive from the big mall and free parking

Pros: I like the fact that we had two separate beds, that there was tea, coffee and lemon water available at any time. Breakfast was also good.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Location was great. Breakfast was absolutely adequate and would certainly stay there again.

Cons: The hotel held a security amount on my card for 10 days which made it difficult to plan ný expenses etc on vacation- not a huge deal but they told me it would be released within 24 hours after check out and it wasn't.

Cons: The room said for 4. We were 3, it was tight. One bed squeaked so bad, just terrible 😔. Breakfast Monday was much better than weekend. But not bad at all.

Cons: The first time I called the hotel to verify my booking, the person who answered was abrupt and impatient. She told me that she cannot find my booking under my name but only through the booking number. Since I booked through Booking.com she said they have given me too many numbers when there should only be 8 numbers. Well, I didn't know that. The second time I called she even hung up on me while I was still saying something. But she has apologized since then. The staff are all nice and very professional once we got in the property.

Pros: Habitación confortable aunque un poco pequeña para alojar a 4 personas. Instalaciones limpias y cómodas. Desayuno incluido con café, jugo, tostadas, miel, manteca, huevos revueltos, hamburguesas.

Cons: No tengo comentarios negativos.

Pros: Great elevator location with underground parking. Upper floors can only become accessed by people with a keycard
