Wonderful location great people great, smart TV

Pros: Great pillows, smart TV very clean, friendly staff great food

Cons: Nothing, it was great

Comfortable

Pros: The hotel was quiet and the bed comfortable. The shower was clean and there was plenty of hot water. The couch had a lamp next to it and I was quite comfortable reading a book there.

Cons: The fire alarm went off around 10:30 am while I was in the pool area. I had to go to the front desk to make sure I didn't have to evacuate. It would have been better if there was a way the front desk could communicate with guests that the alarm was accidentally triggered.

An attractive, clean dog friendly hotel.

Pros: A very nice dog friendly hotel with easy access to outdoor greenery. Attractive, clean room—actually a suite—that was well priced. Food in the “cafe” was surprisingly good. Will definitely spread the word among all my friends who travel with dogs.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: I had a great experience during my stay. The hotel was super clean — everything from the lobby to the room felt fresh and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. It's clear that they take pride in their service and upkeep. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The hotel is pleasant, quiet. The rooms have the basics, nothing fancy.

Pros: Location was great. Clean. The refrigerator was handy.

Cons: Limited room amenities. Only two small glasses for the room. A few extra would have been nice. Towels were thin and threadbare. I had requested extra pillows and never got them.

Pros: Customer service was great at check-in and check out. Room was nice and price wasn't bad for the stay. Would stay again.

Convenient to many things in Valley Forge

Pros: Conveniently located to Washington Memorial where we were attending a funeral. Rooms and public areas all very clean and well maintained

Cons: Elevator was somewhat inconveniently located. It was extremely cold in the lobby area where we gathered after the funeral. We were told that the hvac runs on a “seasonal” program and that the staff can’t override it. The challenge was that it was in AC and the temps outside were chilly and wet.

Pros: The staff at the front desk especially Jill was very accommodating she was very pleasant n helpful...will definitely stay again.😊
