Perfect location, everything you need, very reasonably priced for location. Would stay again

Pros: Location was incredible. Baggage storage was a big plus. Room has everything you need. Lots of sights accessible from the hotel.

Cons: The water for the shower wasn’t the best. It would run hot and then cold which was a bit annoying but didn’t spoil our time. Bed was a memory foam bed so was quite hard but we after a couple of nights we got used to it.

Pros: Easy to check in and out. Staff is always present, very helpful, the rooms are not modern but very comfortable, it has a fridge, a safe. The location is very close to the main attractions. I might come back. Thank !!!

Pros: Really great location. Rooms were really clean and spacious. We moved room after 2 nights as more people joined us, we were able to move as soon as we vacated the first room. Free bag storage the day we checked out was also a bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Couldn't open windows so bathroom did get a little steamed up.

Pros: Wonderful place, cute small rooms — the room is small but clean, the staff is lovely. For me, it was a really great experience. Warm greetings to the reception staff, and the location is excellent. I highly recommend it.

Great location, great value for money.

Pros: This provided great value for money based on the location right in the heart of Manhattan. The property is clean, well maintained, has been well maintained, had a modern bathroom and was top of the range for a 2* property.

Cons: Not much to add here. Given it exceeded expectations and I've used several similar or even 3* hotels in midtown and theatre district, this has been the best.

Amazing value for money with great location

Pros: Amazing location. Arrived at 11:30 and got a free upgrade to a better room with more space. Staff friendly and felt safe.

Cons: Entrance/ exterior as well as outside the rooms felt very outdated

Pros: It was really nice hotel for the price. The location was very good and accessible for all transportation. Very quiet and clean. I’m totally happy with the experience.

Pros: Very central location, good for touristy stuff but also just a great starting point to explore other areas. You won’t find anything else that cheap that isn’t a hostel in Manhattan and it was surprisingly clean! Staff was reasonable nice
