Pros: It's a beautify little hotel. Very close to everything and only couple of steps from the train station. I had a little issue with the curtains - they didn't close but later realized it was an user error not an hotel error :) Hotel is close to everything in main street and had lovely restaurant close by. Will definitely stay again.

Pros: The hotel is very conveniently located in the centre of Westfield and very close to the train station. It is an excellent place to stay without a car. The breakfasts were good and staff member Wendy was unfailingly cheerful early in the morning or late in the day when on reception. Other members of staff on reception were outstandingly helpful.

We felt very confortable in our family room

Pros: The room was tidy, the beds comfortable and the breakfast very good and complete.

Cons: The upper neighbours were walking around one night, kept us awake because the floor was squaking.

Pros: Avevo soggiornato in quest’hotel circa 17 anni fa’ e mi ero trovato benissimo. Ci sono quindi ritornato con piacere trovando sempre una bella struttura e personale gentilissimo. Anche la colazione inclusa era molto ricca e variata. Sono rimasto veramente soddisfatto anche dopo tanti anni.

Super (kort) verblijf gehad hier, zeker aan te raden!

Pros: Makkelijk bereikbaar en midden in het centrum. Het personeel is vanaf moment 1 vriendelijk en je kunt er je tas achterlaten. Het ontbijt was mooi optijd en ook heel erg lekker en goed geregeld! Het hotel zelf zag er mooi uit, net als de kamers. Zou dit zeker opnieuw boeken!

Pros: Everything accept one particular staff member was kinda rude. Especially when we checked in.

Cons: All other staff members was great the room was clean I just feel like I could have gotten some type of discount being I stayed 6 days.

Pros: The friendly staff at front desk, location in downtown westfield with so many restaurant options, huge sized room perfect for family of 4, and breakfast offered on premises

Cons: A bit more variety and quality items for breakfast. Bagels could be perhaps catered from Bagel Chateau, more egg options without cheese, no jams available, and coffee machine could better
