Comfortable accessible room

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in an accessible room and it was perfect. The sink in the kitchen and the bathroom were both designed to allow a wheelchair to roll up to them. The shower had a strong, comfortable shower chair. It easily held my weight and I'm 500lbs. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in.

Cons: I have absolutely no complaints about this location.

Pros: Location was fine, easy to reach. Early flight; did not eat breakfast

Cons: Staff were very friendly and helpful. One staff answered questions about the airport shuttle, but neglected to say it had to be booked the day before. The shuttle was not available anyway due to weather, so ultimately it made no difference, but it could have.

Wonderful place to stay!

Pros: I liked how close it was to the area, was able to just walk to and from my show! The staff was excellent, especially Ms. Grace, I believe that was her name. She helped with an early check in and she was so sweet and very knowledgeable about the location and all offered amenities!

Pros: Breakfast was nice and hot, so good!! And I had a special request to have a room facing the front of the hotel, and not only did the do that they gave me a huge room that the family really loved!! Thanks for everything # 409

Overall the best place to stay

Pros: Convenience and located in a popular shopping center. Assistant GM Brianna was fantastic. We had to reschedule our initial trip via Booking and explained it and she noted and advised for me to call Booking and she would have them refund.. Also our room was not as clean as previous stays and she came and cleaned it at 12:00 am by herself.. Exceptional and professional.. Offered snacks free of charge after a 10 hour drive and for the inconvenience…. Thank you, Brianna!

Cons: Room wasn’t as clean due to pet room. Rooms could use a slight upgrade..
