Excellent if need place to stay en route to…..

Pros: Extremely clean, Decor good. Breakfast area/foyer attractive. Hot, hot water. Great. Fridge & microwave in room. Tea/coffee available in foyer. Staff welcoming & efficient. Recommend

Excellent would recomend to amybody.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent and there was always space in the dining room. Location of the hotel is good with an excellent diner within easy walking distance. This was my second stay here and will not be my last.

Cons: No Complaints.

Decent place for a night or two

Pros: Small gym but usable Breakfast very well kept / clean and tidy Comfy big beds

Cons: Pool not open

The reception staff are lovely,

Pros: The location was pretty handy for a local bar and diner, as well as several other amenities within walking distance 

Cons: There was one particular member of staff, who was particularly rude, I believe she was a cleaner with blonde hair and a slight limp limp.. she can often be found, sat outside smoking…. I don’t expect anything other than politeness,  she would stare and also ignore general pleasant, strange like good morning for example. She just needs to find another job. In my opinion, she’s clearly not happy with working with members of the public/customers. 

I've stayed at your hotel at least a dozen times. Each stay has been pleasant.

Pros: The breakfast is one of the best. The friendly and helpful hotel staff made our stay very pleasant. Check-in/Check-out is a breeze. The hotel is very clean.

Cons: 1. The drive into the hotel area was marred by 2 massive potholes. That road is probably not part of the hotel complex, but it is not very inviting as it is the first thing you see as you approach the hotel entrance. 2. There were no doggy bags in the area for dogs to do their business, thus there was a lot of dog poop on that part of the lawn (we always bring our own scoop bags). 3. It is disappointing that $50 was charged for our little dog for a two day stay. That is a lot of money and I ask La Quinta to rethink this amount. If you must charge, $10-$15/day would be more reasonable. The Red Roof Inn does not charge a pet fee. We chose not to stay there in York, because that hotel was right downtown and let's face it, your hotel is superior.

Pros: apart from its situation and facilities, the staff were very kind , willing , sympathetic and helpful when my partner had to deal with a medical emergency of mine . Their speedy reaction to the problem was essential and they reacted without hesitation which was essential. thank u all.

Very nice room - breakfast could use some improvements.

Pros: Checking in was quick and easy. The room was very clean and spacious. We loved the room.

Cons: The only chair in the room other than the desk chair was very uncomfortable. Very strange chair for a hotel room. Straight back with no arms. Also the breakfast was terrible - eggs were cold,no milk, empty serving dishes and it was only 8:30 on a Saturday morning. Breakfast was to be opened until 10:00. No employee available or attending to providing hot food.

Rested Well

Pros: Michele was very pleasant and made the check-in easier. She also helped me get the date fixed that somehow was wrong.

Cons: N/A

I would definitely stay here again. It was very clean and very comfortable.

Pros: Very nice staff breakfast was decent. Had a nice gym, quiet and comfortable.

Cons: Just trouble logging onto my streaming device that’s about it

Cozy and sweet

Pros: Very clean and easy to find and access. Breakfast was quite amazing!
