Scottish Inns Milford

Pros: Have stayed at the Scottish Inns previously, a perfectly convenient place to stay, close enough to get into Milford and Port Jervis. Plenty of shops and eating places within a short distance of the motel, and a convenient and good diner located directly next door. Rooms are comfortable, well kept and maintained, bathroom was nice and spacious. Beds were comfortable.

Cons: be aware that the hotel is right next to a busy highway, and the rooms do not shield you from road noise. I didn't find this a problem and knew about this before arriving from previous experience. But if you are a light sleeper you will need earplugs.

Nice room, friendly staff. Was very pleased, would book again if I travel to this area again.

Pros: My wife was looking up hotels because we would be traveling to the area and found Scottish Inns.we booked at Milford, N.Y. On our Trip we actually passed one of your locations in the Baltimore, Maryland area so we kinda had a idea on what to expect of at least the overall look of the hotel in Milford . Rooms was better then expected and the rate was better then expected, very reasonable , I would rate this Scottish Inn with 4 1/2 stars.

Pros: Room was clean and comfortable and looked modern and well maintained. Staff was friendly and compared to the alternative in the area, it was a great value.

Cons: Not a huge fan of the acoustic ceiling tiles, but that's trivial, and there were no water stains on them or anything, so it's unfair to fault them for that. The only complain is that being so close to the highway, you do hear road noise. That might be a deal breaker for some, not for others. It bothered my wife a lot more than it bothered me.

It was fun and relaxing.

Pros: The location is great, with shopping and restaurants just minutes away. Our room was very spacious, clean and most importantly to us, comfortable. We have stayed here before and we will continue to stay here when we are in the area.

Cons: We can honestly say there was absolutely nothing to dislike here. It’s all you want when you’re away from home.

Exceptional service, room cleanliness and location.

Pros: The owner went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our stay. She called to check to make sure everything was okay with our rooms. I would definitely stay there again.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.

Pros: The owners of the Scottish Inn are the kindest people and keep a very clean property. This is a perfect place to stay overnight to break up a trip. Very convenient!

Highly Recommend This Very Clean Inn!

Pros: This is the best room at a motel I've ever stayed in! The room was so clean and set up perfectly! It looked new, but I don't think it was. It had everything someone would need. There was a diner next door that was very convenient. The owners were very nice. Of I stay in that area again, I will definitely be staying here!

Cons: Nothing.

Could not have been better.

Pros: Hosts are exceptionally helpful and understanding. Rooms are very clean, and very quiet. The hotel is convenient to shopping and to the interstate, and there is a small, 50's-style diner right next door.

Cons: Our room, with two double beds, just did have enough room for both of them.
