Pros: The hotel staff is excellent, the rooms are large and clean

Pros: We loved how clean and spacious it was as well as all of the amenities.

Cons: We were there for three nights and no staff came to straighten up or at least take the trash. Also the breakfast buffet was cold.

Cons: There was no heating in some parts of the building and the water in the swimming pool was cold.

Pros: I liked the big hot tub and game room I also liked the bicycles. Rooms were clean

Cons: I asked a random guest and we both agreed the mattress was too soft. The pillow was t comfortable and the sheets and bedspread not comfortable

Pros: Did not eat breakfast. Rooms were great, comfortable and relaxing environment.

Pros: Nice amenities like hot tub, warm pool and gong therapy

Cons: When we arrived they had a power outage ( which is a frequent occurrence there) and they couldn’t program the room keys, so we had to wait a lot and then only a staff member could get us to the room till morning, which was inconvenient. But at least we were allowed to check out later because of that.

Pros: My fourth time back and everything.It's as good as the first time

Pros: After New York City, the YO1 were a total breath of fresh air. The nature here is stunning—we saw deer and ducks right around the hotel and took a lovely little trail to a nearby lake. The clean, crisp air and gorgeous scenery were a huge highlight The rooms were great—spacious, sunny, and really pretty. After evening yoga, the sleep was amazing. The yoga and other classes were all top-notch, though I didn’t get a chance to book a massage because they were fully booked. Definitely plan ahead if you want to snag a spot!

Cons: On the flip side, the service was a bit of a letdown. We had to wait forever for the menu and our food because they kind of forgot about us. And when the food finally did arrive, they got our order wrong. Plus, the hot tub was out of order, which was a bummer

Pros: Very quite and clean facilities . The restaurant staff are very courteous and friendly!

Cons: I called at least 10x to the property, no one answered. When we checked in I told the receptionist about it and he just arrogantly said “the phone never ring”. No apologized no nothing, very bad costumer service. When we checked out, the woman in front desk seemed like she’s in a hurry, she wants us out right away. The sauna and steam bath wasn’t hot at all even I waited for too long.

The facility is peaceful and clean.

Pros: The King room was spacious and the bathroom was large with a great shower and bidet. The personal balcony was welcome and private.

Cons: The man at the gate to enter the property was rude. The walk from the parking lot up to the rooms is long. There is no television in the bedroom. The cable television channel selections were extremely poor. There is basic cable, nothing else. NO movie (HBO, Showtime, Starz, Cinemax) or streaming subscription channels (Netflix, Paramount Plus) whatsoever. I couldn’t even log in to my personal Netflix account to stream movies to the television. Terrible.
