Pros: Location was good. Security was excellent. Bed was super comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. Room was lovely and quiet too. Nice touches with the toiletries, thankyou. The staff were more than helpful when asked a question. The R train for Manhattan was at the end of the road, making getting around much easier. Lots of shops and amenities just a stones throw away too, which was useful when needing those forgotten items.

Cons: The room was too small. No where to place my hand luggage, so my case was on the floor the entire time. As there was very limited room around the bed, this was a constant trip hazard. My husband had to put his hand luggage on a desk next to the bed. Larger cases just wouldn’t have been an option, as hanging space in the super small clothes cupboard was also an issue. Our room looked nothing like the one offered, except the colour scheme. The one depicted here looks about double the size of ours.

I felt safe walking around the neighbourhood, and the apartment was close to public transport.

Pros: Clean , easily accessible by public transport, respectful guests.

Cons: Not enough crockery, cooking utensils so we didn’t cook. Even though this function was what made us apply and book. There were the two of us with only one seat and no room at the side desk. So we had to take it in turns to eat our breakfast and dinner. Having two double beds in a small room was crazy.

Great place near the metro!

Pros: Great place near the metro! The location is excellent – quiet neighborhood, close to the metro, with grocery stores, a café, and a supermarket nearby. The room was very pleasant – I got a beautiful one, with a comfortable bed and nice bedding. There was also a TV and a microwave, which was really convenient. Shampoo and soap were provided in large bottles, which was a nice touch. The only small issue was that the coffee machine wasn’t working, but everything else was great. Thank you!

Clean, nice, great value.

Pros: key pads in use, little to no staff was nice, easy to navigate, safe and clean. Included coffee, cream, water bottles and chocolate where a nice touch. Would stay again

Cons: Coffee mug was a bit dirty when I arrived. A bit small bathrooms. But great value. Wifi was almost unusable tho

Cozy, clean and quiet. Conveniently located close to public transport.

Pros: After reading some bad review I was very pleasantly surprised that the room was clean and comfortable. No problems with code for entry and room door or accessing the wifi. The place was quiet and the water pressure was great too. I loved the area for its low key vide with good bakeries and cafes on the doorstep. Some good supermarkets are just around the corner. The place is very near the subway station, so easy (maybe not quick as it's the end of the R line) access to downtown Brooklyn and Manhattan. I would certainly stay again.

Pros: The bath top was not good and we couldnt find maintenance guy there i called several times and left vm no one cares

Good stay, slightly disappointed with the water pressure in the shower. Otherwise a great stay!
