Pros: Great location - love the fact you have a serviced apartment to cook as the food in NY is questionable and expensive.

Hidden gem, great for family with teens, clean & comfy

Pros: Absolutely recommend. A hidden gem just around the corner from the hussle & bustle of Times Square but tucked away so it’s quieter. We had room 811, it was a very large hotel room with 2 large double beds & comfy chair & a living room with a comfy sofa bed & small table & chairs, kitchen with full equipment & a good size bathroom. It was excellent value for money & great for a family with teens who want their own bed. The decor is cool, retro, made to look old but isn’t, sofa was really fresh looked new. Everywhere spotless. They kept our bags for us on our last day. Great local used deli/coffee place “Toasties” next door. Major Subway 2 mins walk. Rockerfella centre / Times Square/ theatres 4-8 mins walk.

Cons: The shower was a little tricky to work but was powerful when we figured it out. Overall nothing was an issue really.

Pros: Location was fantastic. Booked a two bedroom apartment which was very spacious and had a very good kitchen if you wanted to cook in. Very Comfortable.

Cons: Lifts and corridors could do with an upgrade but only a small criitisism

The perfect last minute accomodation when our flight home was cancelled due to the snow storm!

Pros: The size of the apartment was fantastic for the price we paid, very good value for money! We had two double beds in the bedroom and a separate lounge kitchenette area. Decor is a little dated but room was clean and well maintained.

Cons: Staff at check in desk were a little surly and not the most welcoming. Dont think we even got a smile when arriving to check in.

Pros: Staff are friendly. Room cleaned every day. Cleaning ladies are so hard working. They are so lovely to deal with. Maintenance man was really nice to deal with, and when we had a problem with the tv, they were up to the room within a few minutes. The location is perfect

Cons: It's old and dated but very, very clean. The decor would not put me off. 2 lifts, and they are slow but also would not turn me off from booking. We would have taken the stairs more often but we have small children and from all the walking they were tired every time we got back. The room next to us either fell asleep when cooking or forgot they had food on, it smelled so bad but other rooms must have complained before we returned back to the room , as we returned back to our room there was people knocking on the room next door to see what was going on. I was going to bring it to the attention of the reception, but it was obvious they had already been informed

Radio City 2 bed appartment 4 night stay with 3 kids

Pros: Good space, location, housekeeping was very very good, very clean, well stocked kitchenette, comfortable beds.

Cons: Radiator in bedroom was broken - steam was escaping from the top valve and was noisy. Staff agreed to sort it as soon as we asked. Decor slightly dated.

perfect location, boutique hotel, right in the middle of everything, reception staff very helpful.

Pros: Location was amazing, very good facilities in the room, fridge, cooking facilities etc, layout of the two rooms suited me and my two adult children. The staff allowed us access to the hotels private/staff laundry for free which was great.

Cons: Cost was high, but we were there at a peak time so that is understandable.
