Christmas in Times Sq

Pros: Very friendly staff, Cesar was esp. helpful but really the whole team were great. The location was excellent, you really feel in the heart of the city and theatre district.

Cons: Didn't like being hit with an additional daily 'destination fee' which over two week stay was substantial.

Pros: We chose aka Times Square due to the size of the room with a kitchenette. We were very happy with the room. The bed was super comfortable, all very clean and good provisions in the kitchen. Location was very convenient just off Times Square and a short distance to subway stations and bus routes. All reception staff were great but a massive shout out for Kevin who really did make you feel a special guest at every interaction. All hotels and venues with customer service need a Kevin. He would be a superb trainer for the rest of the company!!!

Cons: Due to being in a built up area the room did not have a view and it was a little dark, but you don't go to New York to stay in your room and the upside was that it was very quiet even though it is steps from Times Square.

It's an amazing place to stay, perfect location

Pros: The location was perfect, right next to Times Square and the main attractions. The room was big enough, the kitchen was well equipped. A complimentary breakfast was included: coffee, pastries, and fruits.

Pros: Really comfortable apartment with everything you need on a ten-day vacation. Location is more than perfect, because you're on Times Square, still far away not to be bothered by all the lights and noise at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons: I think the front desk area. The face of the apartment/hotel and the elevator section should be a different colour to black

comfortable stay in the center of New York!

Pros: wonderful staff, very well sized rooms especially for New York, generally very comfortable. it’s right by Times Square but I didn’t hear the loud noises at night (on top floor). the morning coffee in the common space was very good and a nice touch.

Cons: this is probably more on me but I was expecting more of a kitchenette than I had. there was a sink and a fridge but no cutlery, dishes, microwave, kettle. I stayed in one of the penthouses which apparently doesn’t come with a kitchenette and I think the hotel should make that clearer. also the penthouse, while very nice and spacious, was very dark.

The perfect location for our perfect honeymoon!

Pros: No more than a 30 second walk from being straight into Times Square, it was a fantastic location! The room was lovely and spacious and we had a huge bed. All staff were friendly and the more relaxed nature of it made it feel a lot more like home, rather than a hotel which we really enjoyed.

Cons: We loved the coffee and pastries in the lounge, but they kept running out of both at various times throughout the morning.

Pros: penthouse room was great very comfortable and spacious
