Love it! I would stay there again for sure. Shout out the the staff for being so helpful & friendly

Pros: The staff were fantastic - super friendly and helpful. The room / apartment was spacious by NYC standards - wasn't expecting that, so it was a pleasant surprise. It was a short walk to the red line subway station, which takes us to locations we wanted to visit mainly.

Cons: It was still rather pricey. But then again, given it's NYC and the larger-than-expected space, I really can't complain too much.

Pros: Good facilities. Good reception staff. Kitchenette in room and Murphy bed design.

Cons: No exhaust fan for cooking so can’t really use the kitchen fully. Murphy bed not easy to use.

Pros: Great price-quality stay in Lower Manhattan, small apartment with kitchenette, two beds but sufficient privacy because of the curtains, spacious and clean bathroom. Free laundry room was a nice bonus. They were very responsive to our requests.

Pros: Really well kept and spacious apartment in a great location. The room was exactly as advertised and the staff were really helpful in getting extra bedding and keeping bags on the day of checkout.

Cons: The air conditioning was noisy at times, but just minor things

Cons: Was a bit difficult to select comfortable temperatura with climate control as it was or hot or cold especially when sleeping close to window area

Pros: The location was great. The rooms and facilities were very clean and the staff were friendly.

Cons: The only complaint is that the heater was very loud and woke us at night.

Great location huge rooms really comfortable.

Pros: Really spacious great place to stay god the Statue of Liberty dumbo Brooklyn by boat and the 9/12 museum We moved to midtown after two days and regretted it because in fact this place was way better really spacious really comfortable and much nicer location I don’t know why I moved to midtown. I definitely rebook this place

Great location, fab staff, for a young family it had everything, we are parents in our 50’s with kids in their 20’s, it’

Pros: I was hacked through booking.com but had no communications from them. Spoke directly to reception at Placemakr who assured me my booking was valid and I need do nothing online until my actual arrival which was hugely reassuring.

Cons: Nothing, it was fabulously located, subways, buses and boats…….. oh yes Brooklyn bridge a 10 minute walk away !!
