Best hotel 🏨

Pros: Everything it was like home 🏠 One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in better than a five star ⭐

Cons: Everything was good nothing to complain about

The best location serviced accommodation we’ve had in Manhattan.

Pros: Very close to 5th Avenue, Central Park, The Lincoln Centre and Broadway. Great facilities - gym, cafe, and lounge. Very roomy apartment. Excellent front desk staff- Giovanni particularly

Cons: Very limited plates, and cooking utensils. Need more shelf/cupboard space in bathrooms.

A wonderful stay in a great location, expecting holiday blues to kick in soon!

Pros: The location is excellent, the staff are incredibly friendly without being over the top and the bed has to be the most comfortable I have slept in abroad in a long time

Cons: Heating and cooling does have a mind of its own, despite what you do with the panel controls!

Amazing hotel very close to central park

Pros: Beautiful hotel very close to central park, big confortable room, amazing view from the balcony, very friendly and helpfull staff.

All in all it was a great hotel. Beautiful location, away from the hustle and bustle of Times Squar

Pros: All went well. Front desk staff were very friendly as well as the door men. Free Laundry room

Cons: For a 10 day stay would have preferred to have more room clean up days

Pros: This is the second time we stayed at an Aka, which suits us very well since we have food, allergies. Ironically, the Aka location is familiar to us as we used to stay here when it was a small older hotel.

Near Central Park and prime location

Pros: Location was excellent. Staff were helpful, apartments were fully equipped, laundry was an added bonus. Bed were comfortable and Overall it was an amazing stay. I highly recommend staying here

Cons: The outdoor noise, sirens and roadworks, which you can't do much about it

Fantastic stay at AKA Central Park!

Pros: The rooms were exceptionally clean and surprisingly large for New York - I was pleasantly surprised, checking in was smooth and every member of the team that we met and engaged with were professional and went out of their way to provide assistance. The facilities were also great - the gym, cinema room, laundry services etc.

Cons: Prior to my arrival, I needed to pay for the booking in advance due to the fact that I was arriving later than my family. This was an EXTREMELY difficult process and I had to provide so many documents and jump through so many loopholes in order to pay! I am a seasoned traveller and have never been through such an arduous process. Sara and her team were professional and did their best to accommodate but this is a note to higher management to look into this - it needs to be streamlined and in line with payment processes in 2025.

Great choice if you prefer to rather have a small apartment instead of regular tight hotel room

Pros: Top location, very spacious rooms (technically small apartments) per Manhattan standards. Also very well equipped. We've got a big microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, and it was a great plus to see paper towels and dishwashing liquid provided.

Cons: There's some noise either from AC or fridge in a room. Also the rooms and doors are not very soundproof. Nonetheless it was very rare we heard voices from outside. It's also hard to get nice view from this hotel, but this is Manhattan. Our view on surrounding buildings was totally acceptable

Fabulous location, lovely apt and welcoming staff!

Pros: Location and the apt was well furnished with all amenities.

Cons: No washing machine in apt… it’s on a separate floor. Property cafe closed on weekends. Else was perfect .
