1850s historic Row House 7min train to NYC with private backyard

Good stay, conviebienrly close to the PATH.

Pros: The property was a great size for a small family of four, it says it fits 6 but more than two adults n two children and you’d struggle as there is a lot of furniture. Good kitchen and bathroom, bed was comfortable enough. The location is fantastic, a five minute easy walk from the local PATH station!

Cons: The back door doesn’t really lock and it’s attached to the bathroom, I mentioned this to the owner but it took them until my last day to provide me with contact details to send images through of the issues and it felt like a security risk. Other than that I had no real complaints, however I do think you are paying that price for location only.

Pros: Location, price, distance of bedroom from couch/bed. Nice kitchen & bathroom.

Cons: Black mold in vents of upstairs air conditioner. No non slip base on the tub.

Easy access to New York but felt like coming home.

Pros: Much much better than expected (after reading previous reviews). Cozy place, great neighbourhood! We were 5 people and the place was spacious enough. Be careful not to put all your suitcases and backpacks on the top floor bedroom, because there isnt much space on the floor! Cute backyard, nice place to relax. Spacious living room with some fun board games for you and your friends. All amenities we needed in the kitchen were provided. Hot water 24/7 with high pressure in the bath tub. Some people might not like the style of this historic house, but we liked it. Also it's 2 blocks away from the subway that goes to WTC in 7 minutes. All in all we had a great stay and we missed the place when we left.

New Jersey Christmas Winter Escape

Pros: The location was excellent, and the building had all the facities we needed for a week's stay. The heating was good, and the kitchen came equipped with everything needed for a family stay. The upstairs bedroom was great, and the downstairs sofa turned the loungeroom into another bedroom. The rear courtyard was nice but didn't get much use by us due to the cold winter weather.

Cons: The pipes of the heating system had a tendency to make cracking/expansion-contraction type noises at irregular times, which occasionally woke us up in the middle of the night....the place was toasty warm though!

NJ lindo lugar para visitar

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta para moverse en NJ o en NYC. El lugar es lindo y el espacio suficiente para una familia. Es muy seguro y hay transporte cerca.

Cons: Necesita una limpieza a fondo, especialmente de las alfombras. 3 personas de la familia tuvimos alergia todo el tiempo que estuvimos en la casa.

Pros: L’emplacement, l’accès au Path qui permet de rejoindre Manhattan rapidement !

Cons: Les matelas des lits superposés ont besoins d’être changés, ils sont très inconfortables et bruyant

Pros: Posizione, vicinanza ai servizi e ai negozi, area pedonale immediatamente vicina, stazione metro nei paraggi. Pulizia dell'appartamento all'arrivo.

Cons: La porta sul retro non chiudeva bene e di conseguenza il bagno era freddo. Tavolo da pranzo molto piccolo per la capienza max dichiarata (6 persone). Dalla foto sul sito non si capisce che si tratta dell'appartamento sotto il piano stradale

Excelente ubicación

Pros: Muy buena ubicación, supermercados cerca. Si vas a visitar Nueva York es ideal, a 5 minutos del path que te deja en 8 minutos en wold trade center y a 12m. en la 33st. Recomiendo por la ubicación. Las camas cómodas incluso el sofá cama, la litera se mueve mucho, si duermes arriba parece que vayas en barco. El patio muy bonito aunque no lo utilizamos.

Cons: Era lo que esperaba por los comentarios leidos antes de reservar. No estaba limpio, le falta limpieza, aunque las camas estaban limpias, algunas cuquis aparecían por allí, sobre todo en la parte de los cubiertos y microondas. Demasiados muebles para un espacio tan pequeño. Nosotros éramos 5 y casi no nos podíamos mover, nada donde poner las maletas. La puerta del patio queda un poco abierta y entra frío pero con la calefacción casi no se notaba el frío, tampoco hacia mucho frío. Aún con todas estas incidencias lo aconsejaría por su buena ubicación. Los utensilios de cocina sucios.

Great location

Pros: Fantastic location. Close to everything and great neighborhood. Owner was very responsive when we had questions and issues. Bed was really comfortable. Tons of stuff to do within a block of the apartment. Right by the PATH station that gets you to Manhattan in 15 minutes.

Cons: Too much furniture in every room. Light fixture in the living room is too low, big and bulky. We were constantly hitting our heads on it. No place to put your toiletries in the bathroom. The stairs to the bedroom are VERY steep and the hand rail is not in the correct position for holding when coming down the stairs. If you have mobility issues, this apartment is not for you.
