Perfect hotel for a midtown stay in Manhattan

Pros: Perfect location, staff were amazing and room was spotless.

Cons: There was 3 of us sharing (a four bed room) but everything was set up for two people - two bottles of water, two cups for coffee etc.

Leo, Ronny and Chrismeily are the best in the reception. Our check inn went smoothly, whatever we requested we got.

Pros: Location is best in between 5th Avenue and Madison Avenue. Within walking distance to every where times square, Penn station, grand central and empire state building.

Cons: Room Lighting needs to be improved. The room is dark

A clean, comfortable hotel with a great location and very friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was extremely convenient — everything was close and easy to reach.

Cons: Nothing in particular — everything met our expectations.

Our stay was very pleasant and the hotel was in a great location in reasonable walking distance to sights and attraction

Pros: The staff were helpful and polite. The hotel and our room very clean and well maintained.

Cons: The bed wasn’t very comfortable and there could have been a couple more cups in the room for tea and coffee

Perfect stay.

Pros: The hotel is very well located, in the center of the main activities around. Rooftop is 100% a place to go, the view is just amazing Rooms are very comfortable and cleaned. Special thanks to all front desk members, they were all very helpful and very polite.

Nice stay in NYC

Pros: Location was excellent, Good bedding and ammenities.

Cons: Unfortunately, as NYC has adopted a new smell of marihuana, its reflects in the hotel. The smell in lobby and elevators is absolutely disgusting in some moments.

Quiet, comfortable, great view from the roof bar.

Pros: Location excellent. Clean room, friendly and attentive front desk. $10 voucher for use in the hotel was an unexpected surprise and a welcome extra.

Cons: Felt that the drinks were somewhat overpriced. $7.50 for a can of Diet Coke was a bit high. Made use of the $10 voucher to pay for them.

Pros: Fantastic central Manhattan location. Extremely efficient, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Always greeted me with a genuine smile. Plenty of eating options nearby. Loved room and especially bathroom design. Cleaning staff did a brilliant job, should be commended.

Cons: Sometimes reception was overwhelmed by checking in -out guests, also having to answer all their queries, my suggestion to be better staffed with at least three colleagues at desk.
