Pros: It had everything I needed, even a microwave. It was clean and located in the city center.

Cons: The heating didn’t work well. Sometimes it was cold, and other times it made a lot of noise and wouldn’t let me sleep.

Pros: Basic but brilliant! Staff and communications was exceptional. Will stay again.

Cons: It was a dark room, not much natural sunlight, but for a safe and comfortable place to put your head down for the night. Perfect.

Great value for money

Pros: Clean shower/toilet even though 1 floor is sharing. Very nice and communicative owners, nothing was too much to ask for.

Cons: The room needs some updating. We only had electricity in the bedroom via an extension from the kitchen, and the ceiling lamp wasn't working either.

Pros: Close to many good lively places. No human contact u check-in & checkout. Very nice place. Staff is very helpful.

Cons: The mattress was absolutely not comfortable. No drinking water. Room on the 3rd floor and no lift.

It was a very good choice and I would go back any time

Pros: What I was very pleased with was the location of the accommodation. I met some nice people. I liked sometimes just sitting on the stairs and looking around, someone always had a kind word to say. One day, I heard a wonderful bird call in the room and saw the beautiful northern cardinal through the window. I loved it.

Cons: I found the bed uncomfortable, but by the second day I was so tired that I could sleep on it. :)

Pros: Thank you for providing me with a towel on my arrival and for accomodating my late arrival time. I was given a large room with kitchen area to prepare my breakfast.

Cons: Small shower area, a bit noisy as close to a through street.

Perfect location affordable and friendly helpful staff

Pros: This property is in such a great location, it was the perfect place for me to stay for 8 days whilst needing to get all over New York, all major sites walkable from here too. Room was big and clean. Felt safe and on a good street loads to do and right by MSG

Cons: The shared bathroom is in need of some love, but isn’t a deal breaker, just bring some flip flops

Pros: Very closer from Penn Station. And 24 hours cafe on front of house which has a hot soup and salad

Cons: Weak of WiFi wave. Customer need to prepare them selves a T mobile Data transfer for Laptop.

Centrally located, good value for money. Shared facilities.

Pros: Good value for money, large room with air conditioning and kitchen facilities. Comfortable bed with clean bedsheets. Great location right next to Penn Station. Easy check-in and check-out.

Cons: No toilet paper in the shared bathroom and the shower was a bit dirty. WiFi connection was inconsistent. Staff are helpful and answer emails quickly, but there is generally no staff on-site.

Pros: Quite spacious room, very comfortable bed, had a small kitchen, insanely good price for Manhattan. Overall, great value for price.

Cons: The shower could be improved
