Comfortable, Clean and Economical

Pros: The property is basic, your room has a bed, a desk and a bit of standing space. The bed was comfy and clean. The location was great and they will hold your bags for a day after you check out. Despite being shared bathrooms, the bathrooms were clean and served there purpose.

Cons: If your looking for luxury it’s not the place for you, it is a basic box room without a window but if you want to stay in manhattan for a few days and you don’t want to break the bank it doesn’t get much better than this. They could easily make it much worse and people would still pay, for this I respect what they are doing and recommend this as a place to stay.

It is worth for the price it offer.

Pros: The price is ok.the clean is no bad.The staff is friendly.

Cons: No more suggestion although there are too many things which need to be done. But at the price it offers,you could not wish as 3 stars over hotal.

Excellent location

Pros: Excellent location, you have everything close by, from shops to the subway. If you go to this hotel, choose the room with a private bathroom. The staff is very friendly; I would return to this place

Pros: location wast perfect! one block and a half from subway. and very close to soho, lower east, and the village. lots of great chinese restaurants very close too. i got the room with the bathroom, facing the street. bright, very clean. no tv, no fridge, no coffee machine, but i already knew it. did`nt expeted it, nor needed it. internet was great too, which is important. staff was very friendly. is important to know that there is no elevator, so you should climb stairs with the suitcase, which is`nt a problem either. perfect value for the price. will be back!

Overall decent cleaned place to crash over night!

Pros: Location is fine, I was skeptical about shared bathroom concept, but it was not as bad. There were four bathrooms on 3rd floor where I stayed, they were cleaned periodically. Rooms were very compact with double bed fitting wall to wall and table and chair. They provide hot water as needed and towel. Very basic set up but price wise, it was fine as I did not want to spend too much money on my hotel stay for this trip

Cons: I would suggest if they can clean washrooms a bit more frequently especially during busy hours. Along with hot water, if tea/coffee was also provided, that would have helped. But now I know what all is included, so will be prepared on my own for next time.

Cheap and cheerful. Great value for Manhattan.

Pros: Location. The no frills, just what was required for the price.

Cons: No mirror in the room.

Pros: Well equipped bathrooms with good privacy. Comfy room. Excellent location, and a fair price for Manhattan.

Cons: Room smelled like paint or something and had little to no ventilation so probably not the best for long term stays.

Our second great stay :)

Pros: Our second stay was just as positive as our first experience, and we received a warm welcome. The staff is dedicated to providing excellent service. This time, we were located on a different floor, but the cleanliness of the room and shared bathrooms was just as high as it was during our initial visit.
