The Crowne Plaza is your Complete Package!

Pros: The location of Crowne Plaza was very accessible to the Amtrak 30th Street Station. I had the choice of taking a cab or the SEPTA Bus DIRECTLY to the hotel. I was so pleased with this convenience . I plan to stay at the Crown Plaza more often. The staff were very pleasant and professional. My room was very clean. The Breakfast and service was very good. The Crowne Plaza Hotel is also directly across the road from the KING OF PRUSSIA MALL and SEPTA bus transportation. I am a direct descendant of a patriot who died at Valley Forge during the American Revolution. Valley Forge Memorial Park is a short distance from the Crowne Plaza taking a bus or travelling by car. I was able to visit the Memorial.

Cons: I did not experience anything negative about my stay at the Crowne Plaza.

Great, clean hotel in a perfect location

Pros: the hotel was in a perfect location, within the confines of the mall property. It was clean, the AC worked well, the shower was amazing and the check in/out process was so simple.

Cons: The room was a little bit bare-bones but it was fine for our needs. We were there for a lacrosse tournament so we didn't need too much!

It was a welcome rest after a long drive, and the restaurant dinner and breakfast both good.

Pros: Hotel restaurant really good, and staff very helpful with answers to my questions. Breakfast buffet excellent and staff very friendly.

Cons: WiFi practically non existent unless you were close to lobby area. I was on first floor waaaaaayy back in a hallway buried away from signal.
