Fairfield Inn Philadelphia Valley Forge/King of Prussia

Great value with a tasty, substantial breakfast

Pros: The staff was excellent, polite and helpful. I asked for an extra blanket as I was cold and it was delivered to me within 10 minutes. The lady who checked me in was pleasant and friendly. The shower was spacious and easy to operate. I thought the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of hot and cold items. I particularly liked the choice of nuts and fruit to add to my cereal. The coffee was good and toast or bagels available with a variety of spreads. I could not have asked for more!

Cons: Just a few cobwebs in my room, I only noticed when I came to close the curtains, otherwise very clean.

Would stay here again.

Pros: Staff was nice, everyone ready to help. Breakfast was very good and full of options tô choose from. Comfortable and spacious bedroom and well equiped with microwave, coffe maker and mini fridge. Quiet and well located, right by the KOP mall.

We really enjoyed it - pleasant staff, clean, good price, convenient to restaurants and Mall.

Pros: Personnel at the front desk were very friendly upon check in and check out. Marie was great - very friendly and personable! Room was comfortable, morning breakfast excellent. Room was pretty quiet.

Cons: Parking lot lights at night weren't on - not sure why. Wish the A/C unit had an air recirculation/fan on mode (if not using heating or cooling). It cycled on an off. We like units in which the fan can stay on. Bathroom drain gurgled but we figure it was just telling us \

Pros: Perfect location for dance competition next door! Breakfast each day was great! Nice selection of teas and coffee was ready! My room was super clean and staff was always friendly and professional!

Cons: No complaints. They were waiting for elevator repair but we always had access to the service elevator. And it was perfectly fine!

Pros: The hotel itself was very clean. Staff was super nice and room was comfortable.

Cons: There wasn't much I can say... if I had to say something it would be the location was covered up by alot of trees so I wasn't sure it was the right place.

Pros: Staff congenial. Breakfast was great! The room on the 5th floor was quiet and cozy.

Cons: The elevator was not working. We used the staff elevator.
